some pictures from Budapest Hunger strike day. Obviously doing sthg very simple but performance- like thing with the Pairlament building behind us, is sthg they like.
We had plenty of media including the evening news on the main channel, and some other TV stations and radio, plus the biggest internet news portal.

Dear All!

We organized a street action on one of the
busiest street of Budapest. We were collecting in 2 hours about 200
signatures. The atmosphere of the action was very-very good, the most
of the people supported our campaign. We used a screen and a projector
to show the film about the "stellar shield" (like a street movie) and
sometimes 15-20 people were standing around the table and watching the
movie. Our experience is that the most of the hungarian people are
very upset and they "hate" already the US and their plan in Czech
Republic and in Hungary. (in Hungary the NATO - US wants to build an
airport and military base as well). It was very clear for everybody
its important to support our Czech friends and to built a European
movement. So....the action gave us inspiration and we will continue
with them. We are planning 3 streetaction per week until the end of
the campaign. Next time we will send photos as well. Today and tomorow
we will start with an e-mail campaign too.
